Payment policy

Two ways to pay here: UPI, or Cash on Delivery. Nothing else is accepted.

Cash on Delivery

Available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no additional COD fee. Payment is made to the delivery agent when the parcel arrives. Some remote PIN codes are not serviceable; checkout tells you if that applies to your address.

Cards

We do not accept cards. No credit card, debit card or card-on-file payment is taken, and consequently no card details are collected or stored by this store at any point. If a page or a message asks for card details in the name of Olaris Pavilion, it did not come from us.

Currency and pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees and cover the goods only. Delivery, where it applies, is displayed before you finish checkout: ₹49 on orders below ₹999, free from ₹999.

UPI

Choose UPI at checkout and complete the payment in any UPI app you use. The transaction is between the two banks; we do not handle or hold your PIN at any stage.

Tax and invoicing

Tax status, stated directly: not registered for GST. Turnover is below the applicable GST registration threshold and registration is therefore not applicable to the business at this time. Nothing for GST is charged separately on your order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. Product page price is the price of the goods; delivery charges appear before checkout is completed.

Every parcel contains an order invoice. That document is not a GST tax invoice and does not carry a GSTIN.

Large orders

Planters and garden beds are bulky, so an order can pass the free delivery threshold on volume rather than value. The delivery charge shown at checkout is the one that applies.

Failed or duplicate payments

From time to time a UPI debit succeeds while the order does not register. Email [email protected] with the UPI reference and the time and we will reconcile it. Duplicate payments are returned within 5 business days of confirmation.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For a Cash on Delivery order the refund is sent to bank or UPI details you provide. Timelines are in the Return and refund policy and the Cancellation policy.

Price changes after ordering

After your order is confirmed, the price on the confirmation is the price. A later change to a product page does not affect an order already placed, in either direction.

What appears on your statement

A UPI payment shows against the account name registered for this store, which may read slightly differently from the shop name on this website. If a line on your statement is unclear, send us the reference at [email protected] and we will identify it.
