These terms apply to orders placed with Olaris Pavilion at this website. Olaris Pavilion is an online retailer based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Delivery

Estimates, charges and the free-delivery threshold are on the Shipping policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns

Window, condition and refund timelines are on the Return and refund policy. Olaris Pavilion does not offer a direct exchange.

Warranty

Olaris Pavilion does not provide an additional warranty through this store. Where a warranty is stated on a product page, that warranty applies according to its own terms.

Placing an order

Adding items to the cart and completing checkout is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after that, we write to you and refund in full – see the Cancellation policy.

Product information

We describe each piece from confirmed information only. Absent specifications are absent because they are not confirmed, not because they were overlooked. Photographs are representative; colour varies by screen and natural materials vary batch to batch. For a fit question, write to [email protected] – we can help you compare with the listed specifications, though we cannot warrant suitability.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed. If a listing carries an obvious pricing error, we write to you before dispatch rather than processing the order at the wrong figure.

Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards. Details on the Payment policy.

Tax and invoicing

Tax status, stated directly: not registered for GST. Turnover is below the applicable GST registration threshold and registration is therefore not applicable to the business at this time. Nothing for GST is charged separately on your order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. Product page price is the price of the goods; delivery charges appear before checkout is completed.

Weather and outdoor use

Where a listing describes an item as suitable for outdoor use, that is the supplier specification. We make no claim about frost resistance or monsoon exposure beyond what the product page states.

Use of this website

Site content belongs to Olaris Pavilion or is used with the owner permission. Commercial reuse is not permitted without asking. Interfering with the site or placing fraudulent orders is not either.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

The governing law is that of India – including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
